So many women seek balance. Balance doesn’t exist – it just doesn’t, not in our lives anyway. It is about priority, and your well-being needs to be your #1 priority. Because, if it isn’t – then everything else begins to sputter because the tank is empty.

But why well-being? We need to make ourselves a priority. Let me say that in another way – YOU need to make YOURSELF a PRIORITY! We are giving you permission – and not just any priority, your FIRST priority. Per Merriam-Webster, Well-Being is the state of being happy, healthy, or prosperous. Well-Being has eight dimensions that we highlight at Esther Be Collective – Physical, Emotional, Spiritual, Intellectual, Social, Occupational, Environmental, and Financial. Beginning in 2021, we will be highlighting various ways that YOU can improve your well-being.
